At Core Kinesis Physiotherapy, our clinical counselling services are designed to help clients develop a better understanding of their overall physical and mental wellbeing. Our team provides a wide range of clinical counselling services including: individual assessments, psychosocial interventions, cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), mindfulness based therapies, trauma informed care, narrative therapy and psychoeducation. Our experienced therapists are trained to effectively approach each case holistically; taking into account the biological, psychological and social factors that play a role in one’s overall mental health. We recognize the importance of creating a safe and supportive environment to ensure that clients are comfortable and able to share their experiences.
The goal of our clinical counselling services is to provide individuals with the tools necessary to make positive changes in their lives. Through our services, we strive to empower individuals on their journey towards improved mental health.
