BSc. Kinesiology
Pilates Instructor
Katherine graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelors of Kinesiology. She became involved in athletics at a very young age, taking on many sports such as track and field, volleyball, dance and ski. Her love for sports added to her fascination with the human body and its mechanics, which led her to pursue a degree in Kinesiology.
Katherine’s aim is to help all her patients achieve their goals, whatever they might be. She has a special interest in sports rehabilitation and sport-specific training and her approach to rehab is holistic as she believes in whole-body healing from a physical and mental standpoint.
Katherine has also completed her Reformer I training with Balanced Body and is able to guide clients through both mat and reformer pilates.
Outside of work, Katherine helps coach a high school volleyball team. She is also a certified ski instructor and loves to ski with her family during the winter. In the summer, Katherine enjoys many outdoor activities, such as paddle boarding and hiking.
