Eric Bennett
Manual Therapy
Providing full 1 to 1 treatment sessions, Eric helps foster his clients into individual managers of their injuries utilizing the biopsychosocial model. When your body is in a state of dysfunction it can prevent you from doing the activities you love often impacting your sense of wellbeing. Eric makes it his ultimate goal to get you back to your hobbies and activities as quickly and safely as possible.

Christina is an avid runner, completing 21 half marathons and 2 full marathons. Her continued love for lacing up has no end. Being a runner, she understands the demands the body endures when training in any competitive sport.
Christina enjoys skiing, cross country skiing, snowshoeing, cycling, swimming, stand up paddle boarding, playing tennis and hiking.

Nicole Yeats

Prior to her physiotherapy career, Nicole was a professional contemporary jazz dancer, allowing her to travel extensively around the world performing, exploring and meeting people from all walks of life. With a passion for understanding how the body moves and works, her transition from professional dancer to clinician was a natural progression.

Heather Baker

Heather has completed extensive post-graduate training. Heather developed a special interest in pelvic health after experiencing pelvic pain herself. She enjoys helping women and men with pelvic health dysfunctions reach their full functional potential.

Jessica Adaszynski

Jessica has completed numerous continuing education courses including levels 1-3 of internal pelvic floor physiotherapy assessment, Rost therapy for Pelvic Girdle Pain, sexual rehabilitation, Diastasus Recti evaluation and treatment, Level 1 orthopedics, functional movement, upper and lower body neurological courses and sensory rehabilitation following a neurological injury.

Annmarie has gained experience working as a trainer. She’s passionate about helping her clients set and achieve their goals in a healthy, empowering manner and is excited to be working in an integrative health environment.

Ellen Lu

Ellen graduated with a Bachelor of Science from Simon Fraser University in 2021. She majored in Kinesiology with a concentration in active health and rehabilitation, and minored in psychology.
